An upper-level trough may help enhance snow totals in parts of eastern Ontario and eastern regions of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Generally, totals of less than 3 cm are expected, but locally 5+ cm is possible for eastern regions. Blustery winds can also be expected with gusts 40-60 km/h, making for tricky travel amid reduced visibility in the snow bursts.

Morning wind chills on Tuesday will be in the minus double digits expected. Daytime highs expected to be five to 10 degrees below normal.
Snow departs early for the GTA, but eastern Ontario may see snow linger through the morning and early afternoon.
Daytime highs are forecast to stay below freezing across most of southern and eastern Ontario, with temperatures 7°C to 9°C below normal.
