Prehistoric aquatic predators are on full display as part of a new exhibit at Nova Scotia’s Museum of Natural History.
'Monsters of the Abyss' gives a glimpse of what lived in the deep sea in the past, while also giving visitors a look at what’s happening in the oceans and waterways today.

The animals were brought in by Little Ray’s, the largest exotic animal rescue organization in Canada.
About 80 per cent of their animals are rescues, and they actively move them around the world for better long-term homes.

Visitors have the opportunity to dive into extinction level events, and see the monsters in oceans, rivers, and lakes that are still around today.
